The number one goal here at fitness ablaze is to change ones life through fitness and health. This means providing one with an experience and guiding them on their journey to reaching their desired fitness/ health goals and ultimately making fitness and nutrition habitual.
We all must understand that there will be struggles, ups and downs, which may make us want to quit. Mindset is the most important part of the puzzle. You won’t always hit your goals in the timely manner that you desired. The difference between success and failure during your fitness journey (and in life in general) is how you adjust. Some just say f*c# it and quit and some identify what needs to be adjusted to reach xyz goals because their goals are that important.
Myself and the other coaches here at fitness ablaze are not any different from the members. We all go through the same struggles.
I’ve literally been working on one of my physique goals for a year + (yes for most it may take that long or more). I’ve failed and adjusted a number of times. Fitness and nutrition is habitual for me so adjusting and going to work isn’t that bad. I enjoy the process because regardless I am improving myself through the fitness/nutrition/health. I believe my health is that Important.
Remember Enjoy the journey, celebrate your victories, and don’t give up on your goals. It may take longer than expected but you are worth it.
