OPEN GYM ACCESS:

OPEN GYM ACCESS IS FOR THOSE THAT WANT ACCESS TO OUR FACILITY AND THE VARIETY OF FUNCTIONAL EQUIPMENT DURING OUR OPEN GYM HOURS OF OPERATION.

TEAM TRAINING:

TEAM TRAINING IS OUR GROUP TRAINING THAT IS LED BY ONE OF OUR CERTIFIED FITNESS COACHES. THE GOAL IS TO HAVE PARTICIPANTS IMPROVE MOBILITY, BURN CALORIES, BUILD LEAN MUSCLE, AND IMPROVE OVERALL FITNESS LEVEL.

SMALL GROUP STRENGTH CAMP:

SMALL GROUP TRAINING IS FOR THOSE MEN AND WOMEN THAT WANT TO FOCUS ON A PROFESSIONALLY DESIGNED STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM. THIS PROGRAM IS IN A SMALL GROUP SETTING OF UP TO 8 PARTICIPANTS. THE SMALLER GROUP SIZE WILL ALLOW THE COACHES TO EFFECTIVELY COACH PARTICIPANTS WHILE USINE MORE COMPLEX STRENGTH EQUIPMENT SUCH AS BARBELLS, TRAP BARS, AND OTHER STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT.

SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING:

SEMI PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING IS OUR MOST CUSTOMIZED PROGRAM. IT IS OUR VERSION OF 1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING, BUT IT IS INSTEAD IN A SEMI PRIVATE SETTING OF 1-4 CLIENTS PER COACH. THE BONUS IS THAT IT IS HALF THE PRICE OF THE TYPICAL PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION. MEMBERS OF THIS PROGRAM RECEIVE AN INDIVIDUALIZED FITNESS PROGRAM, INDIVIDUALIZED NUTRITION PROGRAM, AND ACCOUNTABILITY COACHING.
