Amber Axtmann has been a trainer with Fitness Ablaze Training Center (Olympia, WA) since 2014. Her attention to form detail while maintaining a fun group class environment, motivates clients to reach their ever-changing fitness goals and establish a realistic gym mindset.
After spending several years as a marine mammal biologist, Amber found herself investing significant time in the gym after starting a family. Having taught dance classes as her primary source of fitness, she found herself more and more interested in CrossFit and Olympic lifting competitions. Muscle gain became a gateway for mental strength and confidence. Seeing the need for individuals previously injured, as well as all new clients, to have responsible programs concentrating on functional movement with invested form-focused trainers, she sought a facility matching those needs. Fitness Ablaze was the perfect fit! Specializing in providing a mixture of power and strength training, mobility, and conditioning, small class personal training allows her to combine and teach everything in her background.
Amber is a certified personal trainer and a previous Level 1 CrossFit coach and Olympic lifter. She is studying for her advanced TRX certification, and is currently working at a Training For Warriors Affiliate, Fitness Ablaze, having seen all of the physical and mental benefits provided to her clients.

Hi everyone, my name is Dennis but you can call me Den, or Denny as well. All are happily accepted. I wanted to join the fitness ablaze team because I have a passion for helping people and assisting in creating positive change in lives. My goal everyday is to make all our clients feel as fulfilled (or more) as I do after every workout! In my spare time I enjoy hiking with my dog, any kind of board sport, camping and spending quality time with my friends and family. I look forward to getting to know you all and can’t wait to set some new PR’s!
Danyel started training as a client at Fitness Ablaze after experiencing the typical pitfalls of parenthood, gaining weight and becoming less fit and more discouraged with each pregnancy. After a few weeks of strength and conditioning training with Bo, her strength, endurance, and life-satisfaction were markedly changed. She became a fitness enthusiast and was eventually drawn to helping others have similarly transformative experiences.
Having joined the Fitness Ablaze team in 2017, she enjoys the diversity of both the people and goals in personal training. Whether a client is working on regaining basic function, weight loss, or athleticism, she finds it rewarding to help clients achieve their unique objectives. She loves the comradery, energy, and drive of group training at Fitness Ablaze. She also trains at the YMCA where her clients are primarily a mix of seniors, moms, and high school athletes.
