Based on your evaluation, we will design a program for you. During your training sessions, you will meet with one of our certified trainers in a private/semi private format. In this personalized setting, you will be exposed to in-depth instruction while focusing on your specific goals.

STRENGTH AND PERFORMANCE CAMP

The Fitness Ablaze Mens Strength Camp and Ladies Strong(HER) program is for the ones that are interested in a professionally structured program geared to gaining muscle, strength, and becoming the most physically powerful version of yourself. We will be implementing a progressive model using powerlifting, strongman equipment, kettlebells, dumbbells, crossrigs, and more which will result in each individual dropping body fat, gaining muscle, and reaching maximal strength gains. World class strength coaches, supportive motivational group, will only achieve RESULTS.

ONLINE PROGRAM DESIGN

The next best thing to actually training in person at Fitness Ablaze Training Center is to train online with a FAB Personal Trainer. The results our clients have been achieving are nothing short of amazing. Everything we do at Fitness Ablaze is geared towards making each person perform at higher levels, stronger, faster, leaner, and healthier! We train you to know how to workout anywhere, indoors, outdoors, on the road, at home…it makes no difference. Training online with an FAB Personal Trainer will not only teach you how to workout in a safe and healthy manner, but will progress you through levels of fitness you never thought imaginable. If you want professional guidance to make sure your staying on the right path, learn how to train anywhere and increase body strength and power right now, then the FAB Personal Fitness’s Online Training is for you!!

The Online Training is as simple as this:

  1. Sign up online with your choice of 1,3, or 6 months of online personal training. We will send you a Q&A sheet (goals included), your physical testing form, and a description of some specific postural photos.
  2. Complete the Q&A, physical testing, and posture photos and get your information back to us.
  3. Receive your first training program from one of our FAB trainers designed specifically for you based off of your testing and goals.
  4. Weekly Updates: at the end of each week send in your training results for updates by your FAB Personal Trainer to help you stay focused and on track to reach all your goals. (You may get these results to us in any formate that you prefer)

You will continue this process with monthly testing mixed into the workout regime.

Team Strength Training:

Team Conditioning: 

Our Team Training sessions (metabolic conditioning) provides you with a results driven, scientifically designed program using equipment such as kettlebells, medicine balls, suspension trainers, dumbbells, bands, battling ropes, sandbags, prowler trainer and more that will have you burning fat and building muscle in the safest and fastest way possible. Our efficient programs coupled with a supportive environment will enable you to reach fitness goals that you never thought were possible.

NUTRITION COACHING

For those who wish to fine-tune their physique and absolutely maximize their results we offer our Fitness Ablaze Nutrition Program. If you want to individualize your nutrition more than what we have given you in our journal or need some extra accountability this is the answer for you. You will sit down with one of our nutrition coaches every other week for 8 weeks and really dial in your nutrition. This takes all the guesswork out of nutrition for optimal health, optimal fat burning, muscle burning, or sports performance.

HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETE  PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Our high school/collegiate prep athlete performance program is for any athlete who is looking to reach his/hers fitness and performance potential. Improve movement patterns/proper technique (reduce injuries), reach optimal strength, speed, agility, and conditioning. Along with the physical preparation that our strength and conditioning program will provide, we also understand the importance of developing character, leadership, accountability, which will result in success in athletics and in life. We offer our athlete performance program in small group and semi private training environments.

YOUTH  TRAINING

Our youth training program is a fun high energy group training specifically for children.
