Team Strength Training:
This training is metabolically challenging, full body workout designed to increase strength, power, and movement quality. The best part is that is the way that our training system has the ability to accommodate all levels of fitness from novices to advanced trainees!
Our Team Training sessions (metabolic conditioning) provides you with a results driven, scientifically designed program using equipment such as kettlebells, medicine balls, suspension trainers, dumbbells, bands, battling ropes, sandbags, prowler trainer and more that will have you burning fat and building muscle in the safest and fastest way possible. Our efficient programs coupled with a supportive environment will enable you to reach fitness goals that you never thought were possible.

For those who wish to fine-tune their physique and absolutely maximize their results we offer our Fitness Ablaze Nutrition Program. If you want to individualize your nutrition more than what we have given you in our journal or need some extra accountability this is the answer for you. You will sit down with one of our nutrition coaches every other week for 8 weeks and really dial in your nutrition. This takes all the guesswork out of nutrition for optimal health, optimal fat burning, muscle burning, or sports performance.
HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETE PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Our high school/collegiate prep athlete performance program is for any athlete who is looking to reach his/hers fitness and performance potential. Improve movement patterns/proper technique (reduce injuries), reach optimal strength, speed, agility, and conditioning. Along with the physical preparation that our strength and conditioning program will provide, we also understand the importance of developing character, leadership, accountability, which will result in success in athletics and in life. We offer our athlete performance program in small group and semi private training environments.
Our youth training program is a fun high energy group training specifically for children. Building a solid foundation via proper movement patterns, crawling, climbing, running, and other natural movements will improve our youth overall physical fitness level all while building positive characteristics and surrounding themselves with a positive environment.
We offer Buti Yoga which is a high energy system that fuses yoga, tribal dance and plyometrics that will give you a good workout while helping with mobility, stretching muscles, and making you feel good.
Bo Tinaza is available for workshops, seminars, and other speaking events on a variety of different topics such as fitness training, fat loss training, athlete performance, business, and lifestyle management.
